Slow Food Guide

The first edition of the restaurant and local commerce guide promoted by Slow Food Barcelona with the support of AGT (Gastronomic Association of the Prat) and in collaboration with the City Council of El Prat and the Baix Llobregat Agricultural Park.

The "Barcelona Slow Food Guide 2019" brings together over 100 establishments that cultivate a taste for pleasure and culinary quality, with a gastronomic proposal where local products and their producers are the reference. Additionally, the guide mentions about thirty shops that similarly align with the philosophy of tradition and the local and proximity economy.
